Orders and Shipping
All Vancini merchandise is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.
Yes. We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. Additional international destinations may be available at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Most customers won't incur additional fees. However, customs charges, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Each product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend comparing the measurements with a favourite item you already own for the best fit.
Most of our apparel features a unisex fit designed for everyday comfort. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for specific measurements.

We do our best to accurately represent colours and details. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the production process.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help investigate the issue with the carrier.
